The hotel provides a resort-like comfort with fabulous rooms, including a nice tub, wonderful in-room pool, and baby crib. The essential oils add a nice touch. The onsen style tub, jacuzzi, and tiny indoor pool enhance the room experience. However, the set menu dining cannot be delivered to the room, and the dining experience is just okay for this type of accommodation.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of amazing and lacking experiences. The rooms were fabulous and spacious, offering a luxurious in-room pool and fantastic amenities. However, the service fell short in some aspects despite the helpful staff. The location within the Galaxy Resort was vibrant and exciting, with plenty of entertainment options, yet external factors like weather hindered full enjoyment of the surroundings. The dining was a delightful experience overall, though limited options could be a downside. The facilities were top-notch, providing a great overall experience.

The rooms were conveniently located next to the staircase and staff room, offering an onsen style tub and a jacuzzi, but the indoor pool was too cold to be relaxing. On the bright side, the room also had a nice toilet. The service was a rollercoaster; while they were incredibly friendly, especially towards children, there were instances where they insulted me. The location within Galaxy Resort was fantastic, with a plethora of exciting amenities nearby and a free shuttle bus service to the airport. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations, being just fair and not on par with a true 5-star hotel. Despite some flaws, the facilities were decent, providing a comfortable stay overall.
Staying at this hotel felt like being in a luxurious and spacious home, with fabulous rooms featuring 2 king size beds, 2 bathrooms, and 2 showers. The warmed pool added to the fantastic experience, although the decision to place a family of 3 in a suite with a conference room seemed odd for a holiday stay.

However, these luxuries are only available after 5 pm, which was a slight downside. The service from offering baby amenities to the warm Thai cultural greetings was top-notch and truly added to the experience. The location is spacious and within the incredibly lively Galaxy Resort complex in Macau, offering a plethora of entertainment and dining options. The dining experience, with a mix of unimaginative dishes and standout specials, had its ups and downs. Overall, the facilities were on point, making my stay truly memorable.
